Your attitude in Gamespace

Gamespace: Interactive digital environments, in particular videogames, as a model for contemporary society. A flawed model however. The singular focus on quantifiable outcome and useful signifiers seems to restrict individual freedom. In my thesis I investigate if it is possible to regain freedom within such a system, not by a revolutionary overthrow or escape but by a continuous re-creation of an attitude. To engage possible virtualities by means of ethical and aesthetic self-reference.
